Whether you’re in the midst of summer or the fog of winter, Saturday mornings all seem full of energy and love wherever you are. Last Saturday, I spent the morning with the T family. They’ve recently welcomed Baby Mariko into their lives and she is adorable. Her big brother was happy to help with diapers and lovingly stroked her hair while she had her diaper change. He seemed to really embrace his new role as a big brother which is so great for his mom! I remember asking my mom once what it was like raising me as a toddler. She said she couldn’t really say because my siblings raised me, primarily my big brother who was 4 years older than me. I love that I could document the small moments of Jaxon taking care of his new sister. It may be the novelty wears for a while but as he gets older he’ll always remember to watch out for his little sis. It’ll be so sweet to watch them grow and look back on these hard-to-remember newborn days.

Here are a few of our images from that morning along with their family film. Thank you T family!
